If you buy directly on lolemons.com: your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payment card information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
If you sign up for our newsletter: your name (optional) and email address.
If you submit a product review: your name, email, star rating, and review text. Your email is used only to verify you actually purchased the product — it's never shown publicly or shared with anyone outside our team.
If you buy through one of our Amazon listings instead of lolemons.com directly, Amazon collects and handles your information under its own privacy policy, not this one — see "Orders placed on Amazon" below.
We use a small number of service providers to run the business, and your information passes through them only as needed to do the above:
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
Orders placed directly on lolemons.com are kept as ordinary business records. Buyer information obtained through Amazon's marketplace (for orders placed there) is handled under Amazon's own data retention requirements for sellers, which generally limit how long that specific data can be kept.
We don't run analytics or advertising tracking on this site. Stripe's checkout page (hosted on Stripe's own domain, not ours) may set its own cookies as part of processing payment — that's governed by Stripe's privacy policy, not ours.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails. To request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email contact@lolemons.com and we'll handle it directly — we don't currently have a fully automated self-service tool for this, so requests are handled by a real person on our team.
If you bought through one of our Amazon listings, Amazon's own Privacy Notice governs how your order and account information is handled. This policy only covers information collected directly through lolemons.com.
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
