Returns & Refunds

The short version: once a bottle's been opened, we can't take it back. Here's the full picture, and how to reach us if something's actually wrong with your order.

Opened products

Because our products are consumable cleaning formulas, we're not able to accept returns once a bottle has been opened or used — for hygiene and safety reasons, an opened bottle can't be resold or safely returned to inventory. This applies to orders placed directly on lolemons.com.

Damaged or defective on arrival

This is different from a change of mind, and we'll make it right. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise defective, email us at contact@lolemons.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.

Wrong item, or order issues

If you received the wrong product, a missing item, or anything else doesn't look right, reach out to contact@lolemons.com with your order number and we'll get it corrected.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible — if it hasn't shipped yet, we can usually cancel and refund it in full. Once it's shipped, the standard return policy above applies.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Once processed, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Orders placed on Amazon

If you bought through one of our Amazon listings rather than lolemons.com directly, Amazon's own return and refund process applies — head to Your Orders on Amazon rather than contacting us here.
